Why Smart Source Savings exists

Barrie Jacobs has spent much of his career helping businesses make better commercial decisions, with a strong focus on energy, procurement and cost control. In more than 20 years in business energy, he has seen how often businesses overpay: rolled onto expensive out-of-contract rates, offered a handful of quotes from the same few suppliers, or left without anyone checking whether their bills were right.
He set up Smart Source Savings to offer a more personal and transparent service: one where clients can see their options clearly, understand how pricing works, and deal directly with someone who stays involved. In practice, that means tendering across the 17 major energy companies we contract with, being transparent about how we're paid, and staying with clients from their first contract to every renewal after it.
We're based on Pinner High Street and work with businesses right across the UK, from single shops to multi-site groups.
